Kickstart your career as a Virtual Assistant with the Instagram Management Job Placement Program
Finished the Instagram Secrets to Success course? Apply for a paid job in which you’ll be matched with a client for a 2-month trial period to practice your skills on their account.
You’ll be working on the client’s account for 4 hours/week performing tasks to grow their following and engagement, and will receive $10 USD/hour or $160 USD/month in return.
At the end of the 2 months you may be offered a permanent ongoing position by the client. This will be an agreement made directly between you and the client.
We are looking for 5-10 qualified candidates for this incredible opportunity to get real life work experience, apply the skills you have learned, and kickstart your Virtual Assistant career!
Program outcomes
Apply for a paid internship in which you’ll be matched with a client for a 2-month training period to practice your skills on their account. You'll be working on the client's account for 4 hours/week performing tasks to grow their following and engagement and will receive USD $160/month in return. At the end of the internship you may be offered a permanent position by the client (this will be an agreement directly between you and the client).
Improve your skills (and earning potential) as a virtual assistant and learn how to implement manage a client’s Instagram account
Learn the most efficient ways to increase a client’s following and engagement and the most important tasks to implement daily to see consistent growth
Learn how to track and report your results on a weekly basis to showcase your progress and manage client expectations and good communications
Understand which specific information to ask the client for in order to set yourself up for a successful working relationship
Who can apply?

What to expect?
> You’ll be implementing the “daily to do’s” you learned in the course to help your client increase their likes, comments, and followers. You’ll be doing that by finding new ideal followers, engaging with their content, and replying to comments on your clients’ account. (30-40 mins/day, 5 days/week)
> The client will brief you so you’ll know who their ideal follower/client is, and how to locate them.
> You may be asked to research new hashtags, use the Plann app to post for them or share their posts to Instagram Stories.
> You’ll share your results with your client on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
> We will do our best to match you with a client who focuses on a niche that’s of interest to you. The skills you learn in the course can be applied to any niche so even if we don’t have a client for you who works in your preferred industry, your job placement will still help you improve your skills.
Program timeline
Take the Instagram Secrets to Success course and apply for the Job Placement Program by March 24th.
If accepted, you will have a live call with Carla on April 3rd and get matched with your client.
Start working, applying your skills, and get paid by the end of March!

The clients who are participating in this program are looking for ongoing help, however, a job is not guaranteed at the end of the program. You can see this as a two month trial in which you and the client get to experience what it’s like to work with each other. We highly recommend that you give your best in implementing the strategies on the client’s account to show results and to increase your chances of getting hired for a permanent position after.
No, we will do our best to match you based on your interests and comparability as well as time zone.
After the 2 months, your client will decide whether they would like to offer you a permanent position or not. They may keep you on to continue implementing the same tasks or offer you more hours and more training. Of course, you get to decide if you’d like to take their offer or not.
We cannot guarantee that we will match you again.
