About the Course
This workshop aims to help participants boost their productivity while maintaining mindfulness and healthy habits.
The session will offer practical tips and strategies to create sustainable productivity routines that enhance well-being.
The workshop will also include a variety of mindfulness practices such as meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement. Also, will share tools and resources to better improve the implementation of these recommendations.
Course Outcomes
Apply for a paid internship in which you’ll be matched with a client for a 2-month training period to practice your skills on their account. You'll be working on the client's account for 4 hours/week performing tasks to grow their following and engagement and will receive USD $160/month in return. At the end of the internship you may be offered a permanent position by the client (this will be an agreement directly between you and the client).
Participants will gain a clear understanding of how productivity and mindfulness can coexist and complement each other.
